Shipping policy

The expected delivery window is between 6 - 28 days from order confirmation on all products, this is to account for the possible need to manufacture the item(s) as ordered and/or for the modification of already in stock items before they can be shipped and shipping times thereafter.

Products typically shipped to customers directly from the factories of manufacture in China, though this may not always be the case depending on product/manufacturer, storage location(s) and shipping requirements. 

All products shipped via third party international courier service arranged as needed by ourselves. Customs and duties typically handled by courier as applicable, depending on available shipping routes. Please be advised that although we aim to avoid this with our choice of shipping routes, we cannot guarantee that you will not be required to pay customs and/or other duties pertaining to your order by relevant national authorities.
